7. Basic Thai Massage   Duration: 18 hours (3 days) Mon - Wed (Class starts every Monday) Course fee: 6,500 Baht (if change to 5 days need to pay 2,000 Baht more ) Notes: Student will receive the text book Thai Massage the Thai Way: Healing Body and Mind: Second Edition. If the student needs the workbook in different language, in addition to the text book, there is a fee of 250 Baht for the workbook. Course description: Massage Head to Feet For learners with less time, but who still wish to acquire adequate skills in basic Thai massage with less stretching positions and less practice time than in the 5-day course. Students participate in the first three days of the 5-day course.

8. Thai Table Massage   Duration: 12 hours (2 days): Sat-Sun (may be pre-arranged for weekdays) No class on 11-12 April 2009 school vacation Course fee: 6,000 Baht Note: Workbook available in English, Thai, and Chinese. Course description: Hands-on only class: Students will learn positions from Level I that appropriate for massage on table. The unique revision, some stretching positions are eliminated from this set up, yet maintain the genuineness of the original Foundation of Thai Massage to suite the physical demand and work space to some practitioners, applicable to beginners as well. Great complement to spa. Great complement to spa and herbal ball application. Thai Table Massage is most practical for learners who wish to apply the art of Thai massage without compromising the physical requirement to be working on the floor. Less strain on knees. TMC obtained professional massage tables with adjustable height for better learning.

9. Thai Foot Massage   Duration: 12 hours (2 days): Sat-Sun Special arrangement on weekdays may be arranged in advance No class on 11-12 April 2009 school vacation Course fee: 5,000 Baht Note: Workbook available in English and Thai. Course description: For all levels of learners: This hands-on program is a life - time gift to bring home to your family and friend or add on to your massage professional career. TMC most effective systematic training will enable you to follow the teachers demonstration with provided charts easily, then practice the lesson with so much fun and pleasure. By the second day of class, you will be able to perform complete basic Foot massage. Short sessions in legs, hands, arms, shoulder and neck massage are an extra training included in the course for you. The training is less physical demand than body massage and suitable to most people. Two days of learning is a life time gain of giving to your love ones. Information of a brief background and references on Foot Reflexology is in the workbook.

10. Thai Chair Massage   Duration: 6 hours (1 day): Sat or Sun: (may pre-arrange for weekday) No class on 11-12 April 2009 school vacation Course fee: 3,000 Baht Note: Hands-on only class Course description: For people with or without experience in Thai massage: This course will guide students to how to apply Thai massage for back in chair massage or adapt to a regular chair in your home. Massage of shoulder, neck, head pressure points, arms and hands are included. You can use this knowledge to help your friends in your work place or at home. This course gains more interest in the west and among westerner students. Since it is practical and in high demand for massage service at workplace, limited space like malls, air port, beach area or even at massage place.

11. Yogi Exercise Luesri Dadton: 6 hours (1 day)   Duration: 6 hours (1 day) Sat or Sun (may pre-arrange for weekday) No class on 11-12 April 2009 school vacation Course fee: 3,000 Baht Note: Hands-on only class Course description: Students learn the ancient art stretching exercise practiced in the old time by the monks during pilgrimage Tudong vipassana-in the forest. The exercise of 15 positions most common practiced by the public health training will be taught by the teacher. Workbook with pictures and ancient drawing included.

All classes from Mon-Fri from 9:00-16:00; Weekend classes (Sat-Sun) from 09:00-16:00

Fee for all courses include workbook, fresh clothes daily, herbal tea. The school offers complementary vegetarian lunch and transportation within the inner city of Chiang Mai. For places outward, extra taxi fee may be charge by the taxi.
